ARTICLE 1 – OUR OFFER

SO NDI WAX is a site dedicated to the online sale of turbans & costume jewelry

The items offered for sale on the site www.sondiwax.com are those available at the time of consultation by the Client, and this subject to available stock .

The essential characteristics turbans (colors) are described with the greatest precision. However, the  photographs presented on the site are non-contractual: slight variations (notably in color or texture) may exist depending on screens and production batches.

Product offers and delivery terms are valid in France, in the European Union, and internationally .

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE

The sale prices of the items are indicated in Euros and are those in effect at the time the Customer places the order. Prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order.

These prices are exclusive of delivery charges (shipping, packaging, and parcel preparation) which are billed in addition to the price under the conditions described in Article 6 below. The amount of delivery charges will be specified before order validation.

SO NDI wax therefore reserves the right to change its prices at any time but applies the prices in effect at the time of the Customer's order validation.

 

ARTICLE 3 - ORDER

- Prior identification of the Customer

The Customer must complete a form containing the following information: title, first name, last name, date of birth, full delivery and billing address, phone number, an email address, and a password.
The Customer will be offered to subscribe to the So NDI wax newsletter and/or its partners by SMS and/or email.
This information is necessary for the order to be recorded and shipped.
- The steps of the order

The Customer declares having read and irrevocably accepted the general terms and conditions of sale presented before placing their order. The validation of the order therefore constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. To allow the Customer to review their order before final validation, So NDI wax has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will only be definitively recorded upon the final validation on the payment screen of the confirmed order. At the last acceptance click, the order is considered irrevocable.

All data provided by the Customer during the ordering process and the recorded confirmation of this order serve as proof of the transaction.
NDI wax reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order on the www.sondiwax.com site as long as this dispute is not resolved, an incorrect address, or other problem on the Customer's account.

 

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT

Placing an order on the sondiwax.com website requires payment by the Customer. Payment can be made online either by credit card or via PAYPAL account.
The invoice related to the order can be downloaded in the "My orders" section accessible in your "My Account" area.

5.1. Online payment by credit card

Accepted cards are Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Bancontact. Accepted countries are European countries.

At the end of the ordering process, the Customer is invited to enter their credit card number, the card's expiration date, and the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram on the back of the card (except Bancontact).
 

Securing payment by credit card

To ensure payment security, So NDI company uses the secure payment service PayPal. The banking data entered by the Customer is encrypted (SSL security standard) and therefore does not travel in clear text over the internet. In all cases, providing the card number online and the final validation of the order will serve as proof of the order's integrity and the enforceability of the amounts due under said order.

The Customer must have a Paypal account to pay for their order using this payment method.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Delivery conditions, including costs and times, vary depending on the selected delivery method. Times are expressed in business days and are calculated from the day after payment is received.

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the complete accuracy of this address (name, number, street, postal code, city, etc.).

 Delivery methods:

• Delivery  : The order is sent to the address provided by the Customer.

Responsibilities:

• SO NDI WAX cannot be held responsible in case of non-delivery due to an error in the address provided by the Customer .

• In case of return of the package due to incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address, no refund will be made .

• If the Customer wishes to reshipment , the costs of this new shipment will be entirely at their own expense .

In case of a problem directly caused by So NDI WAX (labeling error, omission, etc.), the Customer will be refunded excluding outbound and return shipping costs.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES)

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order or clearly personalized, or for items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

In this respect, SO TOUFA turbans & costume jewelry are neither refundable nor exchangeable, regardless of the reason given (change of mind, order error, etc.).

Any validated order is final and binding , even in case of an error in the delivery address or selected turban(s) (no change or refund will be made). In case of the parcel being returned to the sender,  return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .

The  SO TOUFA turbans as well as the costume jewelry are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Shipping fees are only refunded, in the case of multiple orders placed on the same day, if the Customer has not yet received their tracking number.
Otherwise (tracking number already provided), delivery fees are not refunded.

During promotions (reduced price, clearance sale, free delivery or promotional offer), no item is accepted back or exchanged.

ARTICLE 7 - CLAIMS/INFORMATION

 Dear customer, please note that if you do not select your free SO TOUFA turban, we will choose one for you based on our availability.
