ARTICLE 1 – OUR OFFER

SO NDI WAX is a website dedicated to the online sale of turbans and costume jewelry

The items offered for sale on the website www.sondiwax.com are those available at the time of consultation by the Customer, and within the limits of available stock .

The essential characteristics of the turbans (colors) are described with the utmost precision. However, the photographs shown on the website are not contractual: slight variations (particularly in color or texture) may exist depending on the screen and production batch.

Product offers and delivery terms are valid in France, the European Union and internationally .

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE

The selling prices of the items are indicated in Euros and are those in effect at the time the order is placed by the Customer. The prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order.

These prices do not include delivery charges (postage, packaging, and handling), which are billed separately as described in Article 6 below. The delivery charges will be specified before order confirmation.

SO NDI wax therefore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but applies the prices in effect at the time of validation of the order by the Customer.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDER

- Prior identification of the Client

The Customer must complete a form, containing the following information: title, first name, last name, date of birth, full delivery and billing address, telephone number, an email address and a password.
The Customer will be offered the opportunity to subscribe to the So NDI wax newsletter and/or those of its partners via SMS and/or email.
This information is necessary for the order to be registered and shipped.
- The order steps

The Customer declares having read and irrevocably accepted the general terms and conditions of sale before placing their order. Order confirmation therefore constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. To allow the Customer to review their order before final confirmation, So NDI wax has created confirmation and acceptance screens. The order will only be definitively registered upon final confirmation on the payment screen. Upon this final click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable.

All data provided by the Customer during the ordering process and the recorded confirmation of this order constitute proof of the transaction.
NDI wax reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order on the website www.sondiwax.com until that dispute is resolved, an incorrect address or other problem on the Customer's account.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT

Placing an order on the sondiwax.com website requires payment by the Customer. Payment can be made online either by credit card or via PayPal.
The invoice for the order can be downloaded from the "My Orders" section accessible in your "My Account" area.

5.1. Online payment by bank card

Accepted cards are Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Bancontact. Accepted countries are European countries.

When finalizing the order process, the Customer is asked to enter their bank card number, the expiry date of their bank card and the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram on the back of the card (excluding Bancontact).

Secure payment by bank card

To ensure secure payments, So NDI uses the PayPal secure payment service. The bank details entered by the Customer are encrypted (SSL security standard) and therefore do not travel unencrypted over the internet. In all cases, the online provision of the card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the order's integrity and the obligation to pay the amounts due for said order.

The customer must have a PayPal account to pay for their order using this payment method.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Delivery conditions, including costs and times, vary depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times are expressed in business days and are calculated from the day after payment is received.

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the complete accuracy of this address (name, number, street, postal code, city, etc.).

Delivery methods:

• Delivery : The order is sent to the address provided by the Customer.

Responsibilities:

• SO NDI WAX cannot therefore be held responsible in the event of non-delivery due to an error in the address provided by the Customer .

• In the event of the return of the package due to an incomplete, incorrect or unclaimed address, no refund will be issued .

• If the Customer wishes to have the item reshipped , the costs of this new shipment will be entirely at their expense .

In the event of a problem originating directly from So NDI WAX (labeling error, omission, etc.), the Customer will be reimbursed excluding the cost of delivery to and from the customer.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES)

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order or clearly personalized, or for items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

As such, SO TOUFA turbans & costume jewelry are neither refundable nor exchangeable, whatever the reason (change of mind, order error, etc.).

All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable , even in the event of an error in the delivery address or the selected turban(s) (no changes or refunds will be issued). If the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs .

SO TOUFA turbansandcostume jewelryare neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Delivery charges are only refunded, in the case of multiple orders placed on the same day, if the Customer has not yet received their tracking number.
Otherwise (tracking number already provided), delivery costs are not refunded.

During promotions (reduced price, closet cleanout, free delivery or promotional offer), no items are returnable or exchangeable.

ARTICLE 7 - COMPLAINTS/INFORMATION

Dear customer, please note that if you do not select your complimentary SO TOUFA turban, we will choose one for you based on our availability.
