The  SO TOUFA turbans as well as the costume jewelry are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Delivery fees are only refunded, in the case of multiple orders placed on the same day, if the Customer has not yet received their tracking number.
Otherwise (tracking number already provided), delivery fees are not refunded.
